The Unit for Integration and Combating Exclusion is responsible within the Government Offices for coordinating and developing issues related to the establishment of foreign-born individuals in Swedish society, as well as issues aimed at reducing and combating exclusion. The work involves producing background material, preparing cases, and driving processes within the unit's areas of responsibility. The work also involves participating in analysis, policy development, and follow-up within the unit's areas of responsibility. Due to the horizontal nature of the issues, the work includes close contacts with other parts of the Government Offices.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree for the position and experience in administrative work within the Government Offices. You have experience in coordinating and/or strategic work as well as the ability to independently and collaboratively develop and drive cross-sectoral issues. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish public administration. You also have knowledge at a strategic and/or overarching level regarding the unit's areas of responsibility and related policy areas, such as labor market or housing policy. Your English skills are good.

Your Qualities

You are self-driven and work goal- and results-oriented towards set deadlines. You are also structured and have the ability to see the big picture, as well as quickly adapt to changing conditions in your work. You are skilled at creating and developing relationships. Since collaboration and cooperation are important parts of the job, you need to have good communication skills and express yourself well in both speech and writing. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability in this recruitment.

Other

The position is a fixed-term employment. Start as soon as possible, or by agreement, but no later than August 30, 2026. A security clearance will be conducted before a hiring decision is made.
